Professor Walter Leitner and Dr. Markus Steilemann (CEO Covestro) held a joint plenary lecture at the ACHEMA in the context of the panel discussion on "Sustainable Chemical Value Chains - New Perspectives for Sector Coupling". In their talk, they highlighted the potential of CO2 as a raw material for sustainable value creation in chemistry.
