The humanity is at an interesting turning point of time, where sources of fossil fuels are diminishing while demand for typical fossil feedstocks-based products remains present and high. This requires the innovation of alternative production processes for these products. One possibility is the use of biogenic carboxylic acids converted by the application of electricity to the products typically known as fossil feedstocks derived materials.
