Using the Agilent 8800 ICP-MS Triple Quad, the metal contents of organic and aqueous solutions can be determined. The determination limit is in the ppb range.

Thermogravimetric analysis

The simultaneous thermal analyzer Netzsch STA 409 C allowes simultaneous measurements of Thermogravimetric analysis, shortened TG, Differential thermal analysis, abbreviated DTA, or Differential scanning calorimetry, abbreviated DSC.

It is also possible to conduct measurements under inert atmosphere.

The PowerWave HT can be used for measurements in the low UV range , e.g. for direct DNA quantitation , purity testing , RNA quantitation and ELISA assays , enzyme kinetics , colorimetric assays , spectral measurements and many other applications .

Furthermore, 96- and 384- well microplates can be measured with a programmable shaking and temperature control based on the ambient temperature + 4 ° C to 50 ° C in the range 200 to 999 nm.

With the Jasco P-1020 polarimeter, the optical rotation of an optically active substance can be measured quickly and fully automatically. Moreover, quantitative analyzes are possible to distinguish between D- and L-isomers.

Additional features:

  • 20 °C temperature correction of optical rotation data
  • Automatic measurement upon opening/closing the sample chamber lid
  • Measurement in six different measurement modes
  • Features a wavelength range of 253 to 880 nm
